Returns/Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction with your purchase from DiscountPointeShoes.com is extremely important to us. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item we will gladly assist you.

Please keep in mind that as we only deliver brand new products to our customers, preserving the quality of our inventory is of the utmost importance to us, and with that in mind we have the following return policies:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
• All returned items must be in brand new condition, showing no signs of wear, and include all original manufacturer’s packaging – shoe boxes, garment tags, etc.
• For sanitary reasons, tights or other undergarments are non-returnable. Clearance items are also non-returnable.

Returns that do not meet these guidelines unfortunately cannot be accepted. To process a return or exchange, simply ship your items to us at:

To ensure items are not damaged in transit back to us make sure they are packaged safely (if we shipped an item to you using a durable box be sure to do the same when returning it). We recommend using UPS or USPS insured mail services that will protect you should a problem occur. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment back to us.

Include a copy of your Order Confirmation Email or Invoice, and specify if you would like to refund or exchange your item. We will process your request immediately upon receipt.

Refunds will be promptly made through the same payment method originally used at the time of purchase. If your order qualified for free shipping, and by returning items the “final order” would not have qualified, the original applicable shipping charges will simply be deducted from your refund.

If you need to exchange your item, please specify the products you are interested in receiving. We will contact you by phone or email if any clarifications are needed. Note that shipping charges for exchanged items will apply.
