Shipping Info

Orders Within the U.S.

To best meet your needs, we offer a variety of shipping options from both the United States Postal Service (USPS) as well as UPS. These will be presented to you at checkout:

USPS First Class Package Service - generally arrives in 2-3 business days from date of shipment based on distance to destination. Available only for lightweight packages.
USPS Priority Mail - generally arrives in 2-3 business days from date of shipment based on distance to destination. UPS Ground - delivery within 1-6 business days from date of shipment based on distance to destination.
UPS 2nd Day Air - delivery within 2 business days from date of shipment.
UPS Next Day Air Saver - delivery on next business day from date of shipment.

Please note that all orders over $100 are eligible for free USPS Priority Mail service.


International Orders

For customers located outside the U.S. (and U.S. territories), please note that due to manufacturers' restrictions we are prohibited from shipping certain brands to you, including Bloch, Capezio, Bunheads, and Mirella. If you try to place an order with items from these brands, a message will alert you that we cannot process it. The alert will specify the restricted item, and once removed from your shopping cart the order can be processed as normal. For any inquiries regarding international order please send a message to support@discountpointeshoes.com.

With international orders we cannot offer partial shipments. If a portion of your order is not currently available we will contact you by email to discuss your options.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. are sent using USPS, with three different service options to choose from:

First Class Mail International - delivery estimate of 1-3 weeks from date of shipment.
Priority Mail International - delivery estimate of 5-10 business days from date of shipment.
Priority Mail Express International - delivery estimate of 3-5 business days from date of shipment.

Our delivery estimates represent an average timeframe; however, international shipment times and customs handling do vary country to country and we cannot guarantee your specific delivery will fall within these estimates. Deliveries may be subject to customs, duties, and Value Added Taxes (VAT) of your country which we are not responsible for. Unless due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for any shipment fees associated with delivery, a return, exchange, etc. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
